Re car stereo, I've been tempted to get a socket for the iPod installed. Either that or back to cassette/line in. Or just stick with Phantom and R4LW (when it's not cricket or too interferey). -
Oh dear, I'm mainly an R4 and Phantom gal with the odd BBC6 podcast, never heard of TwiT 'til now... What? Where?...

Yeah I know, I thought that too, but it's such a relief not to have that downtime every *day. No difference in speed actually, but they said they are upgrading the line later this year. They only payed attention to me when I tried to defect to UTVinternet and then it was solved in a week or two. Feckers.

I had that too, and after months and months Eircom downgraded me - my line was not up to the 2Mb package. They also finally twiddled something else and it works now. No more downtime but it drove me insane while it lasted.
